One Hour Consultation With Written Report - Fixed Price £99

This one hour session is conducted in your home and consists of a walkthrough of your property with our consultant. We will look at all areas of your property including kerb appeal, layout, presentation, repair and lighting in all key rooms. We will discuss problem areas and provide you with quick fix solutions on presenting your home for any budget and discuss getting the best from your estate agent and conducting viewings. This will be followed up with a written action plan with an easy to follow checklist for you to implement these improvements after our visit.

Half Day Or Full Day Home Staging Session - Half Day £175 - Full Day £200

Using the action plan and checklist completed for your property this half or full day session will be tailored to your personal requirements. With your property and budget in mind we will decide which actions are suitable and the most effective within the timespan. You may decide that you dont want to invest any further money into your property in which case we can focus on decluttering, repositioning furniture and accessories to harmonise your
home, utilising belongings that you already have in your home and with no further cost to you.
