Energy Performance Certificates
 
As from May 2010 all properties being brought to the market for sale or rental will need an Energy performance Certificate and will no longer need a full Home Information Pack, making the marketing of your home easier and cheaper. This will involve a short visit to your property from a qualified energy assessor to complete your energy rating which will then be added to your property details and advertising materials by us. Stones are happy to arrange this on your behalf.
